clean our studio from top to bottom. And we check our equipment
to make sure it's in good working order, and replace it when

Kids martial arts are practiced for lots of reasons. Some parents need something to improve their children's behavior. Other parents need a program that will help improve their children's grades. And others are looking for more fitness & wellness to enter their children's lives. On the surface, martial arts is a combat and defense system. When you dig deeper, it's a tool for developing fitness, respect, focus, discipline and more. These life lessons stick with children for life, helping them grow into successful adults with bright futures.

Kickboxing is a combination of Asian martial arts like Karate, Muay Thai, and western boxing. It uses the fluid, powerful kicks from the Asian martial arts and the fast, intense punches from western boxing. While these classes don't focus on the combat / self-defense aspects of kickboxing—and are focused entirely on fitness and fat loss—you'll still have fun learning real-life techniques used by professional fighters. The classes also allow you to go at your own pace, making them great for men and women of all ages, shapes and sizes. Beginners are warmly welcome.

Martial arts for adults are systems and traditions of combat and defense that are practiced for a number of reasons, including: fitness, competition, self-defense, physical health, mental growth, and spiritual development. Martial arts teach hand-to-hand combat, weapons combat, and defense when facing both of these. Wherever your goals are, our dedicated instructors will help you get there. Every class will make you physically stronger, mentally tougher, and spiritually more peaceful and tranquil.

“Krav Maga” is Hebrew or “contact combat”. It's a non-competitive martial art that was developed purely for real world self-defense. It combines elements of Karate, boxing, Muay Thai, wrestling and grappling techniques, making it extremely well-rounded. Training focuses on real-world situations, i.e. what to do if someone grabs you from behind, if someone grabs your throat, if you're approached by an opponent much larger than you, and other situations. You'll learn how to defend yourself in these situations so you can escape and get help.

MMA—or mixed martial arts—was developed for competition and sport. It uses striking techniques, and grappling and wrestling techniques. Fights involve situations where the fighters are either standing or on the ground. MMA's roots go back to ancient Olympics. It's evolved over the centuries, making its way to Asia, the Pacifc Rim, and Europe in the 1900s. Today, MMA training is used for competitions, or for a great workout that's a ton of fun. Whatever your goals are with MMA - we'll help you get there.
